The 2nd IEEE International Conference on Digital Twins and Parallel Intelligence (DTPI 2022) was successfully held in Boston and Ningbo from October 26 to November 13, 2022. The conference was sponsored by IEEE Radio Frequency Identification Committee and Chinese Association of Automation, and co-organized by universities/institutes including Zhejiang University and Worcester Polytechnic Institute. The technical support was provided by State Key Laboratory of Complex System Management and Control, Ningbo Cixing Co., LTD., College of Science and Technology, Ningbo University, Qingdao Institute of Intelligent Industry Technology, et al. The 2nd annual IEEE Opportunity Research Scholars Symposium (IEEE ORSS 2023) is seeking high-quality submissions for papers (3 to 4 pages max.) in all areas of electrical and computer engineering research and application. Manuscripts must be coauthored by at least one undergraduate student and a faculty or PhD equivalent mentor. To be considered for publication in the proceedings, the submitted paper must be accompanied by a 5-10 minute presentation video.
